So we set up the Positive Solutions Learning Academy in partnership with the UK’s leading product providers and the Chartered Insurance Institute. The Learning Academy provides a ground-breaking learning and development programme for you and your business, offering fully comprehensive and holistic training.

The training will cover areas of “Personal” soft skills development like sales & negotiation and successful appointment making. “Professional” development will involve a route map to higher qualifications such as the training and development support for the Retail Distribution Review (RDR). Other key areas covered we call “Profitable” and “Progression”, which will examine topics from growing your business and income strategy to moving into new markets and pre & post retirement planning. And everything in between.

Again, in line with making your working easier, we make your learning easier too. You can take advantage of our training and development programmes in a number of different ways. You can fit it in with your working day or choose the method you are most comfortable with. You have a choice of media. There’s face-to-face learning, E-learning, distance learning, Webinars and much more. Positive Solutions will also fund the cost of every Partner to take 4 CII diploma exams, equivalent of £1,500 support to achieve diploma status.

Synergy events

Throughout the year we run numerous large-scale business conferences, we call Synergy events, and local Synergy workshops across the UK and Northern Ireland that complement our Learning Academy programme. The events are designed to give you access, insights and training from industry experts. The regional conferences are run in partnership with leading product providers with talks given by top industry figures. These are free for our IFA Partners to attend and give them the chance to meet up with their peers and discuss on-going issues and exchange views. Our local Synergy workshops are held at our regional offices and are more informal. IFA Partners will get the opportunity to talk to industry figures and trainers on a one-to-one basis.
