To enhance this process we have utilised cutting-edge technology that allows you, as a Partner, to sit down with clients anywhere, in any place and take down details in a friendly and informal way. Basically, we can write directly onto a portable pc – no paper required. We were the first UK IFA to adopt this technology and we've recently improved it. It has revolutionised the way our Partners work with their clients. Not only does the technology we use make Partners’ lives easier, but it also reassures clients that they are dealing with a thoroughly professional, forward-thinking organisation.
Extranet
Our sophisticated new Extranet is designed to be an exciting internal communications environment that brings our IFA Partners together and provides one central location for all information about Positive Solutions. There you can create your own profile. On it you put your contact details and input your advice and product areas that you currently advise in. This can be of use to other Partners in finding you if they require advice or help in an area that you specialise in. Of course, it works both ways. If you need to seek advice from another IFA Partner – in another area for example – you can use the Partner Search map on the Extranet. You will also have access – and be able to contribute to – numerous message boards which are used by our IFA Partners to share ideas and help each other.IT Support

You can choose to use an electronic pen directly onto the screen or use the laptop keyboard for typing - the choice is yours. Facts are immediately stored for reference. It also allows you to provide your clients with instant financial information.
