Positive Solutions is proud of the fact that we offer our IFA Partners a complete package of services. We believe each service is vital in order to help them prosper, maximise their potential and have a career in the financial services industry that brings both professional satisfaction and deserved rewards. FSA Fees

We apply one retention rate so that Partners know where they stand. While other IFAs may have hidden charges, our rate covers everything including FSA fees and FSCS levy. Read more on Making Working Easier

Commission payments

Daily electronic payment of all commissions is all part of the service at Positive Solutions. You’ll benefit from same day payment from providers and be able to view all transactions, including renewals and have them paid to the account of your choice. Read more on Making Working Easier

Professional indemnity insurance

Each of our IFA Partners receive professional indemnity insurance as part of the standard package of services from Positive Solutions. Our cover offers one of the lowest policy excesses in the IFA sector. Read more on Making Working Easier

Training & Competence

Training & Competence (T&C) is the foundation stone of the way the industry operates and is fundamental to our commitment to supporting our IFA Partner’s businesses. Our scheme offers a tailored support, coaching and development framework. We believe in helping our Partners and sometimes only face-to-face help will do. Every Partner has access to a PRC who is dedicated to providing one-to-one training and business support. Set up in partnership with the UK’s leading product providers and the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Learning Academy provides a ground-breaking learning and development function for Partners and their businesses, offering fully comprehensive and holistic training in a manner that suits you. We supply each IFA Partner with a complete hardware and software package including our new tablet/laptop hybrids. Client Relationship Management system

By utilising our technology and completing factfinds online all your client details will be stored in our CRM system. This means searching for client records is quick and simple. Electronic business submission process

We provide you with the online access to all our Head Office departments. Our paperless system means no waiting for post between offices and no delays or lost documents for you. Electronic pipeline

Our electronic pipeline system has direct links to product providers so there’s no need for any chasing on the telephone. Electronic policy register and client file storage

When we say we take care of your administration we mean it. You’ll have all your post redirected to our Head Office where it will be opened, scanned and indexed onto our system. Extranet

Our sophisticated new Extranet is designed to be an exciting internal communications environment that brings our IFA Partners together and provides one central location for all information about Positive Solutions. Online Ordering Service

We have an excellent online ordering system which allows you to order pre-approved marketing material at the click of a button. The site is accessed through the marketing section of the Extranet and gives you the freedom to personalise a range of marketing material from adverts to event stands. Partner websites

Each of our IFA Partners is provided with their own personalised website. The sites are brand new having been launched in 2010 and utilise our new branding, are fully compliance approved and can be personalised quickly and efficiently. Dedicated Administration Support — Head Office

Our Head Office support team is both experienced and enthusiastic. They are as keen for your business to succeed as you are. They are there to offer you help and support on a range of issues from technical compliance advice right through to the more simple administrative tasks of liaising with providers to issue business and chase commission payments. A stress free exit with our Practice Buy Out scheme

This scheme helps IFA Partners to grow their businesses by building relationships with solicitors and accountants and providing all-important leads. Positive Partnerships identifies, negotiates and secures unique partnership deals with a range of third parties to provide client introductions.
