Professional connections

Another area which sets us apart is Positive Partnerships. It is our newest proposition designed to help our IFA Partners to grow and develop their businesses by building relationships for them and providing all-important leads. Simply, the role of Positive Partnerships is to identify, negotiate and secure unique partnership deals with a range of third parties in order to provide IFA Partners with an ongoing source of quality, new client introductions.

We break Positive Partnerships down into two areas. “Partners and Professionals in Partnership” is about securing long-term partnerships with large firms of solicitors and accountants. Our Business Development Director has a vast amount of experience of working with professional connections and with the help of his expertise our IFA Partners are working very closely with accountants and solicitors throughout the UK. All Partners who join our Positive Partnerships scheme are encouraged to attend our “Partners and Professionals in Partnership” training programme. The intention of the programme is to provide practical training and insight for IFA Partners to help them build and maximise relationships of their own.

The second area is “Affinity Partnerships” where we are establishing exclusive arrangements with selected third parties who have identified a real need of high quality financial planning for their clients. These partnership schemes can be very varied and take the form of local as well as national initiatives.
